My session info on lanyrd.com or mozillafestival.org is incorrect. What should I do?
- Log in into lanyrd.com and fix your session information.
- Tweet a notice of updates including what session and include #mozhelp
I need materials for my session. Where do I find those?
- There are materials like paper pads, markers, pens, paper, etc. on each floor.
- If that runs low, there’s a volunteer runner on each floor that can go get you some more.
- Can’t find the runner? Tweet #mozhelp
Have questions or want information about Mozilla products Firefox, Firefox OS, Firefox mobile..?

Need materials for your session?
- Requests for things like flip charts, markers, paper, printed materials and equipment should be routed through the volunteers stationed on each floor.
- They can also run and get more if the floor runs out of materials.
